It rained so much one morning it over filled the rooftop pool and the top 3 floors/appartments got totally flooded and blew all the electrics in the building.

A low confrontational approach could be maybe you ask the owner or his/her agent to deal with it. Ultimately like you say if it is breaching the terms in your leasehold then maybe approach the manageent company and ask them to deal with it.

no mate you can't get sky via a dish because no dish in the ME can focus on the european satellites. Its all to do with the position of them etc. Its not the technology its purely the position of the satellites in relation to the countries they serve.

you receive Sky news because that particular channel is transmitted to the satellites that serve the ME and Far E. It is also a free to air channel from any satellite that transmits it.

You are not picking it up from the European Sats mate.

Hotbird does not transmit Sky, its the Astra Sats. Geeza, you can only get the Brit channels that Du choose and supply with their packages like Sky News, BBC, Granada Plus, UKTV, Nat Geo, Discovery etc. This is because the operators like showtime/orbit etc purchase those channels from Sky or directl...
