With the highest regard to dxbsoul the rental and the DEWA are miles off the mark. 40k Dhs is miles off the mark for a decent property rental. Minimum i would allocate is 70k. Waf Cheap rooms in dubai are as rare as rocking horse poo. The reason why you wont get much of a response is because there probably isnt any available. Getting the deal usually goes to those already over there, its more of a "by word of mouth" market. another reason why you wont see many advertised.
