Actually theres no reason why you couldnt build 80 towers in 2 years ... just comes down to having the right amount of resources.

2 years to complete one tower is plenty of time so you just need 80 teams working on it!

Actually the US have massive oil supplies in the form of oil sand .... it is much more expensive at present to refine however it can be done so I dont think cutting off the oil supply is will be the huge deterrant you think it is.

Im sure once they figure out how to refine the oil sand cheaply they will .... but why use their own resources when others are willing to keep selling it to them so cheaply
