Its not a good practice to keep switching on the engine oil. If you use a particular one, then just stick to it.

how do i configure a nat enabled device to pass traffic to an internal based l2tp/pptp vpn rra server over ipsec, note that the client uses a xp built in client for vpn elsewise a cisco vpn client

you dont need an internet dial up connection for sending fax.

all you need is a telephone line & a cable. Hook your telephone cable to the fax modem (in your computer) and you should be able to start faxing.

If you close down an account, etisalat disconnects/disables the account permanently. They also disconnect the physical terminal (such as the physical socket connection coming from the dp box in the building)

Yes, but how would you reach your server when your IP Address changes? On every reboot of your Modem/Router or lease period of your assigned IP, your IP would be changed. Unless you are constantly aware of your current IP, the other way out would be DynDNS
