Not a water expert, but I assume that the fact that the water will stand stagnant in your villas water tank for the month or so that you are away in summer won't make it good to drink, or am I wrong - as the water is so hot that it continually 'boils' it?

Personally I wouldn't touch it.

Two things...
Firstly I thought I had dropped in to 'Ask Agony Aunt Audrey' page or something.

Secondly, I think the 'attachments' on the good lady mechanic are actually two of those 'air bag pump' things that you can use to jack your car up with.

Lets liven the thread up a bit then. Lets call it ''The most inventive way to get heat stroke'' The obvious one for me would be to lay naked in the empty quarter desert for a day, preferably a 'warm day' in August. More inventive perhaps would be to wrap yourself in cling film from head to toe (leav...

In my opinion, any sport that can be played by a 25 stone man is a game not a sport.
Hence bowling and darts are 'games'
The fact that 25 stone men generally excel at some of these 'games', also gives weight to that.

Come on, bring the noise.......

U.A.E seems like a tax free country, however, there are many hidden charges associated with living here Yep. The whole thing of 'tax free UAE' is becoming a misnomer, as taxes disguised as 'fees' invade every part of life here. It is a racing certainty though, that income tax won't come to these sh...

Yep apparently, you get your license confiscated for a life changing 30 days if you cause death by reckless driving... and I think you get 6 black points AS WELL.

Re: Prejudice

I’ll start this post with 2 remarks. One is that racism and prejudice is in all of us to a certain extent. We might not realize it sometimes, but is there. Very enlightening to see that the Khaleej Times news room are avid League of Gentleman fans.
