I would also put my money on the company subsidising accomodation costs seeing as they are only deducting 10k. Basically the same as what my company does. The company saves on accomodation expense/allowance and you get a decent place to stay at almost half the cost. Like Liban said - perfect!

^^^ what Shar said... I've done a long haul from Sg>Dubai>Amsterdam>Houston (basically 2 days of nothing but airports and airplanes), got in at 9am, had a 45 minute drive out to the Woodlands area and was in a meeting at 12pm. Needless to say its not a walk in the park.

Not as rushed as they would have liked Conno. As part of their growing recruitment drive they're also initiating dedicated flight academies in certain countries to compliment the existing expatriatizing programs they have now.
