I've one in Dubai, works just fine.
But again, make sure your "customers" don't bother anybother when leaving the premises.

Worthwhile expat living?
The overlooked issue is, that compared to most common sources the estimated inflation hovers around 12%.
For me, living here, I really think about leaving Dubai behind, since it's getting close to western reality, when it comes to make a decent living here.
