Fraud story in Dubai

They catch one couple and they make headlines with it because they were foreigners. The local dude that is still wanted by the police in the Emirates has still not been found or captured with 2 years and moving on. Is this a joke or what? They will never publish that he is wanted in any local paper ...

I am looking for a company that provides mass e-mail marketing services for the Emirates and the Gulf regions.. Any links from anyone or contacts?
