I doubt you will find one that gives you off road insurance cover ..... so just be careful

Agree with desertdudeshj's comments, also the doors can get jammed due to the lack of B pillar after a knock, which if you do go off road then it will happen sooer or later.

Wranglers have the same fuel limitation as the FJ
