Miss Lolly, when you post on forums you will always get some unwanted, if humourous, replies. If you are feeling lonely and unhappy then only you can change that. Spend time with friends or go and do something you enjoy. If you like horses go and ride, if you like solitude go to the desert, if you w...

I was very surprised how low the percentage was for European / Australian / North american (~3%) and how high the Indian / Pakistani / Bangladeshi (~60%).

Just an observation.

You can also try the Aussie Legends pub in the Ridges Plaza hotel. When you head from the World Trade Centre area, it's on the roundabout in Satwa.

Visit visas for the 33 visa on arrival countries are 60 days. Other sorts of visit visas are 30, 60, or 90 days depending on what the visit is for. Tourist visas are 30 days. Mrs Scratcher recently only received a 30 day stamp and she is from one of the 33 countries. Last week we went to the DNRD o...

Ashjgb, Did you go to the Iron Maiden concert last week in Media City? It was really good. The last time I saw Iron Maiden live was back in 1988, which was also good.

I have heard Motorhead are playing this years Desert Rock festival. Should be wortha listen.

Yeah, it's definitely changed. Mrs Scratcher is from one of the 30+ countries and only received a 30day visit visa when she arrived through the airport in late December. The DNRD office confirmed that it was only valid for the 30 days and not 60 days as before. (It can be extended to 60 days at the ...

Yeah, we kew that. Last year Mrs Scratcher had a few 60 day stamps and a one 30 day stamp which was confirmed at the DNRD office as being valid for 60 days. But the 30 day stamps from the end of December are only valid for 30 days.....

...if that makes any sense!!!

Re: How do they measure this - really !!!

If it was the 6'2" gobby Swede often found in Barasti's parading around in his tennis club attire then it would be calculated easily. He's already 99% braindead.
