I am moving to Dubai at the end of this month from the UK but I don't have a license.

Just wondering...are they freely available in Dubai? Because after checking cinema listings, not a lot of Arabic stuff is shown, therefore I was wondering if Virgin Megastores and whatnot have a good collection of DVDs?
