In springs villa's are selling for 1m to 1.4 at the moment. I think they will come down to 800k. In JLT prices are around 800 ppsf at the moment.

You're not very familiar with normal use of alcohol, now are ya? OFfcourse there are people who can't handle a drink, but a responsible person knows that alcohol should be consumed with limitation. he is. slip was not made since the case is gone to traffic court. Just wondering what new case means.

guy from police station told me it is just for the court. Nothing new.
