I am also moving to Dubai end June 2006 but my company only put me up for 2 weeks! I will be working on the New Burj Mall. Is this the same location??? Does anyone know any good accomodation to rent close by but convenient for bars/restaurants/leisure activities?

I am moving to Dubai end June 2006, can anyone point me in the right direction for accomodation near the new Burj Mall:-

2 Bed Villa or Apartment

Budget 90,000 to 95,000 AED per year

Its actually 102,000 AED yearly but I am trying to keep costs down to make some allowance for furniture.

Can anyone advise where would be best???
