I have been declared from dubai,i left dubai without informing anybody and i have been declared black list from dubai,is there any way to clear it

Boss my name is mohsin raza butt i am from pakistan.i left dubai in 2008 without informing my company because of it my company declared me black list.i have never took loan of cheque case or any criminal activity,is there any way to get me cleared.pls reply me with your personal contact details
