Try Sharaf DG or Axiom Mobile... i was walking around City Center the other day, I believe one of the shops have a representative standing there to help you out with the forms etc.

heh.. the iphone is out and already being sold... i hear that Geant at the IBM is selling it (IBM - Ibn Batouta Mall).
