It may have something to do with demand and supply...with more of people moving in to the area it is driving up the price of the houses. I believe.
Some people are even buying houses piror to its completion and then selling it off once its finshed for a small profit.

unlucky m8 it happens to the best of us. Though i believe you should take the mature approch of just letting the girl know how you feel directly. Sit her down and explain to her the situation, but do it respectfully she may get emoitional but time is a great healer.

Personally i felt the film was slightly overated and a bit too long, definatly not the best of the three.
