You guys can tell the difference :shock: Water is supposed to be tasteless and odorless. I just buy whatever is within reach. Concord, look at the mineral content of the water on the bottle and notice the difference of lets say sodium levels in the different brands .. you are in for a surprise :)

Bryan some people will do that .. however you now have the option of setting up your business in a freezone and have 100% ownership. What type of business are you into ?

most local lenders will not finance upto 90% unless your a resident for 3 years or more. However Barclays is now lending 90% i am not sure what the terms are though. but i think its better to rent your first year this way you will get a better feel for the city and the different areas before buying ...

you will be able to get 70% of market price from Amlak they will treat you as a non-resident. to get 90% you need to be here for 3 years at least.

i wouldnt go for it just yet, most vendors still dont have versions of there software for vista .. especially if your into gaming.
