In fact, why is the region called as such? It is in the middle of the east of what? Middle East is a colonial eurocentric name given to the region after world war II. Etihad has a free shuttle to and from Sheikh Zayed Road to AD airport.

this isnt anything out of the usual ever year holiday seasons are always full booked on most routes and people book in advance not only to get a seat, but to get better rates.

the democracy card is only played in the middle east when it is benefiting to some people .. when the majority of the lebanese population is on the streets demanding the goverment to resign suddnely no one is asking for democracy in lebanon !

I think, but i am no sure that you cannot apply for a visa in a foriegn embassy in the UAE unless your a resident of the UAE. The only exception being Iranians in the US Embassy, since there is no US embassy in Tehran. So if your gonna be in Dubai on a visit visa i doubt the UK embassy in Dubai will...
