The accomodation allowance is a bit low for 3 kids and a wife. Especially if you want to live around Dubai Internet City.

Also 10K per child per year for education will not cover your educational costs if they are to attend an international school. 15K-20K is more reasonable.

My dilemma is not 3-4 day business trips but when its 2-3 weeks ! They had something going on in the Dubai Country Club last year i think it was Rob-b and Danny Neville if i am not mistaken .. never got to check them out though .. I am sure there will be outdoor events this year too ..
