Training style: Bulk....low reps...high weights. not sure...to gain mass (bulk)..try this.. get a solid diet down..high protein...moderate 2 low carbs..and moderate healthy fats..paired with a good workout routine..u should be gaining mass fast.. there is no such thing as low reps+heavy weights=bul...
