Fayz, I think that they are discounting the flats as an incentive to the current tenants before they sell them at market rates to external buyers.

Belhasa driving school is a little more flexible on the number of classes that you take provided you have a driving licence from your home country and have it attested by the consulate

Just called 4X4 motors and they seem to think they can sell a 2002 Durango for 69K !

Probably 35k at the most. You won't get a good price from them, but there are ways to increase it. If they offer 35 for instance, come back a few days later asking for a valuation certificate because you have sold it for say 40k. They will then most likely increase their offer to match. I'd sooner ...

Your best bet would be to look in the classifieds of the Gulf News for used bikes. I'd highly recommend a CBR400RR... but you would need to probably increase your budget by 1-2K. Else the second best option would be a ZZR400 which is an excellent bike too. Just keep an eye out for smoke from the exh...
