I never saw that typical Indian look during my entire stay in Dubai and Dubai is 50% Indian.

I'm sure the problem is not specific to this part of the world but its extremely sad. What did a child do to deserve this?

Thats what happens when you accept Saudi money (remember Sharja). Don't be surprised to see it in Dubai soon. Sh Mo has already been to Saudi a couple of times to get money.
