I have contacted a moving company to move my stuff from here to india. They do the packing, documentation, customs, and deliver the stuff to my doorstep. The quote to do so for around 150 kg was roughly 2000 aed. Now if i pick it up from the airport and get it cleared it will coat me around 1000-120...

I can suggest on two of ur queries. Since ur move here is not slated to be permanent, i would say keep ur house back in UK rent it out. will work as a source of additional income. Buying property and construction status, other experts in these fields will update u :) i am nowhere close to even think...
