Actually, I found this not to be true. Been to Germany last December and electro, computers, wide screen tv etc. etc. were way cheaper.

Also, Duty Free Electro is not cheaper as in many countries in EU.

Pound is still 40% below from peek. Villa prices seem to have stop falling, but I'm expecting another downward wave in somewhere between april and july. Villa prices stopped falling, doesn't look like it from where I stand. That's right, a 2BR independent Villa in JVT starting from 1.4 mill and hav...

Eventually my mortgage would would be higher than the value of the property. It's not necessarily a problem when you have a mortgage on minus equity, is it funny or does it feel good, no. Robby, not sure if you were talking to me or VW earlier. My experience of bad build quality came from a Springs villa. We were the first occupants. How about going after the receipts from the real estate company, because they must have turned the 5,000 deposit over to the landlord, so they should have one. (Hopefully the agent didn't do a runner with all of his/her records.) That would prove to police that the landlord received the money from ...

If a cab driver did that too me, like you described it, I would wholeheartedly ask him to do what I, the client, expect him to do since I pay for it. If he doesn't do that, I file a complaint at his company with the proper angry tone, since this is really unacceptable. They would surely lose me as ...
