Dont know about online shops but there are many car related classified sites where second hand car parts can be bought... but if you mean shopping online through credit card and home delivery n all... then dont know..

As per what i know agents from your home country will not issue a one way ticket on a visit visa... However the officials in UAE wont be asking you to show your return ticket...

there are laws and regulations in UAE ... no one can take advantage of you ...If your local partner is cheating you or bothering you without any reason you can complain to the police... you have to show them proper evidence... they will listen to both side and solve the issue...

its always simpler to use a service... I get my car renewed by 'icar registration services', they provide ownership transfer too.. you can google them, they r very professional... the number I have is 0556600799... hope that helps
