In the last week I watched a guy slam into a boat, a driverless car hit a few parked cars and a guy intentionally hit another car-oh, it has been an eye-opener!!

Yes- some villas are older and some are newer. Close to Jumeirah Beach and good access to SZ road and Al Wasl and Jumeirah Beach Roads-the latter two give you good access to supermarkets etc. Probably has some kind of garden-it varies. Four bed. sounds good.

Not cheap walls-plasterboard!! The fixings are diff for plasterboard. Also for hanging pictures you'll need a stud finder (not your husband tho'!!

) and you'll need special fixings not nails, nor plugs and screws that you normally use for double brick.
