Re: Congratulations FD!!

Thanks Sage. The next one is planned for October, in Amsterdam. Although during the last half hour yesterday I told myself "never, never again", today I am already looking forward to it, it is going to be special. I want to finish Amsterdam, and after that, it is back to lower distances. F...

Re: Has anyone Ever Bitten You?

This biting stuff is bizarre. Something infantile isnot it? Some little children also have the tendency to bite. Suarez never seem to grow out of that stage.
I think a player is allowed one stupid thing per season. However for Suarez it is a continuing story.

Re: Parking Tickets Issued To Destroyed Cars

Very interesting. Here we have a woman, who seems to be normal doing what must viewers will think as something very dumb/irrational/unfair. What happened here? Let's call her Helga. Helga most likely finished the Swedish equivalent of highschool. Not really bright, not really stupid, a normal averag...

The sport event of the region of the year.

The European championship football under 21 is about the kick off next week in Israel. Spots excites me, and especially the buzz of big tournaments. It is still possible to be part of it. World class foottie, beaches, humus and the occasional alcohol refreshment. England, Israel, Italy, Norway, Germ...

Suarez in not alone anymore. http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4386942,00.html Israeli wrestler Ilana Kartysh won a gold medal Saturday in the Golden Grand Prix tournament in Italy, but her historical achievement was marred by a very unpleasant incident, when she was attacked by her Egyptian...

Re: West Hams New Stadium

Football temples. Interesting subject. If this goes through, will you get nostalgic for the old stadium? Old stadiums breath football, you can feel the football heart pumping. Oh, I remember the old days. My provincial club (bankrupt now), my one and only unconditional love for a football team. Rain...

U21 tournament great succes

I have always said that sports can be a great vehicle for tolerance and brotherhood. It seems that is what happening now in Israel during the football tournament. Re: Good Quotes

You cannot be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have a good football team, or an atomic bomb, but at the very least you need a beer.

Remember 88

Remember what happened in 1988? No, I am not thinking about Lockerbie, nor the shooting by the US of an Iranian airliner. Holland became European champion football almost 25 years ago, but more important on 21st of June 1988 Holland beat Germany. So what you might think. And isnot football just 22 m...

BTW, wasn't it only the jews who weren't allowed bikes? They took everybody's bikes --- Jun 23, 2013 --- The equivalent day in England would have to be 30 July 1966 when England beat those cheating Germans to win the World Cup. Also the Germans. :-) P.S. Re: The Happiest Day Of The Year

About a year ago my father in law took all his grand children on a weekend breakaway. With dinner I saw him quitely sitting, just watching with a big smile. I asked him whether all is OK. He answered, seeing my all my grandchildren play together, this is the happiest day in my life. I could understa...

Re: Scammers Scammers Everywhere!

These scammers are easy to detect. Another, more low level of scammers are many "charities". The bosses drive big cars and only 10-20% of the money goes to those who really need it. There methods of collecting money are harassing people. Almost everyday I get harassed at train stations. It...

Rude cab drivers

Dubai is a very welcoming country for foreigners.

More so than USA, UK and Holland.

And more interesting maps (breast size, penis size, and where the red heads live etc.) 8)

Re: Meta-analysis Checks Correlation Between Intelligence, F

I believe in God that's why I donot understand the study. :-) After reading the study, one of the things that made my eyes widen, is that when your IQ is below 70, you are officially severly intellectually challenged (or whatever the PC term is), the study shows that whole countries are severly inte...
