Al Murooj Complex

Hi guys Am new to this Forum, but been here in DXB for past 7 months. Am staying at the Al Murooj complex off Shk Zayed Road - anyone else here staying there? What do you think? Personally, I think the place seems a complete state at the moment, was wondering if anyone knows when certain bits of it ...

HAHA 7days. Problem with that is the people who need to fix the problems probably don't read the letters pages on purpose..

Sounds like a good deal Fuzzy --- I haven't been here that long either, I think your deal gives a much nicer 'furnishing' allowance. I don't get a one-off car allowance either but rather a monthly one. My monthly figures for comparison: Salary 17,000 dhs accom 7,500 Utilities 310 Transport 2,500 One...

I live in a large apartment complex almost directly next to DIFC. Has 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments available. For 2-bedroom, rent approx 88,000 - 96,000 Dhs. Called Al Murooj. Has nice large pool, good gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis courts and squash court and several restaurants.

Yeah that's the one, it's a really nice looking complex actually. Quite a short complex compared with others in SZR area though [12 stories]. Has a really nice pool area in the centre of it though.
