let me know how successful you are with this. I used to work for Converge but was thinking of going back to recruitment. I cant see there being too many broker houses in Dubai though.

Bayt are anything but a scam. I know many companies who use Bayt to search for candidates. The problem is that for every vacancy you advertise only 1% of applicants have a skill set related to the position.
