Well I am sure there is a penalty for endangering yourself by riding a cycle on the roads of dubai.

Not sure if they qualify as fine dining, as there is no "silver service", but pretty much anything at the Bustan Rotana is good in my books. "The Rodeo" is a little overpriced, but good. Their chicken caesar salad rocks and is a meal in itself (my to-from airport fave). As well ...

Is there even such a thing as an upscale Pakistani restaurant? I know there are many upscale Indian fine dining establishments but have yet to come across a Pakistani one or for that matter a Bangladeshi one (surely they have more on their national menu than Rice and Fish?)
