Jumeirah Beach Residence

I've heard the 20,000 apartments at Jumeirah Beach Residence will be ready towards the end of the year. Anyone willing to speculate what the rentals for 3beds will be like there? 20,000 aparments in one go is a lot, especially when a considerable number of investors there have lost their money from ...

Regent does not have a very good reputation in Dubai. Also, the fees are much lower, which is reflected in the facilities and socioeconomic status of the school. Kings was set up by people that have extremely reputable schools in other parts of the world. Excellent facilities and reputation in Dubai...

The only completed Nakheel projects so far are Jumeirah Islands, Garden View Villas and Dragonmart. JI residents have complaine...

I forgot about that, Nakheel's 'The Gardens' and Emaar's 'The Lakes' are probably the best quality developments they have completed so far. Incidentally, they are rental-only. The other freehold developments they've produced are poor in quality.

It offends the social, political, and moral values of the UAE, as it contains some 'raunchier' videos.
Alternatively, you can pop down to Bur Dubai to get your fix of 'raunchy'.

Come to Dubai for 2-3 years max, then leave, otherwise you will lose your senses! That is assuming your rent hasn't doubled by then of course.

It's so crazy. I'm sure if a Muslim Extremist wants to detonate a bomb on a 737 from Malaga to Manchester, they would wear flip flops and be swigging beer to make themselves a little inconspicuous. After all the speculation and unjustified removal of Muslims from flights, I think these guys are a s...

Really?

I think its a good airline.

I am referring mainly to their UK flights. In comparison to Virgin Atlantic (and BA at rare times), Emirates is pi55.
