I'm also interested in this! I think gymnastics here in Dubai is only taught to kids as part of a school program. Let me know when you find a school or group that teaches to adults.

Malls are open on Fridays and Saturdays. But food stores only open during iftaar, around 6PMish. And yes, some car dealers are open on Fridays.
