A guy at work told me that car insurance over here is simply 5% of your cars value. I gues this isnt true if you have to 'shop around' for a good deal?!

So what is the score with co-habitation then, we're not married at the moment? Would it be better if we were engaged!? Scarlet is spot on with her comments there. I live in a nice spacious one bed and pay 9k per month but I had to pay the full years rent in advance. Renting on a per month basis is ...

You could try driving on the wrong side of the road the week before you come! It will probably prepare you for the driving here because you'd have to duck and dive just as much as driving on the right side of the road over here!!! On a more useful note. Get your company to start the visa process as ...

I have seen a large 2 bed appt, and the space they left for a dishwasher in the corner was so tight, you have to remove the opposite cupboard door so the DW door can open. This is rediculous! It just shows how childish the big bosses of companies can be when someone wants to leave to forward their career.

A new guy at my place is going through it with his old firm at the moment. If he doesnt sort it out soon he will be banned for 6 months and will have to go home!

Any South African's biting their nails at 20-20?

I was watching the game with a bunch of SA's last night and they were going absolutely mad when it was 20-all last night! I thought they were all going to burst they were so tense. It was great to watch!

At least us Poms kept nice and calm at 12-10

Surely a tense weekend for all rugby fans. Roll on Saturday. Sadly I fear a resurgent French must be favourites.
