I must say DF counts as members a bunch of good and decent people who have in short time forged some frendships which will transcend life in Dubai. It also helps if you can consume lots of C2H5OH and sing Kareoke (the worse the better).

Rain dance actually works, scientifically. If you have low clouds the sound waves from the noise ("dance") can in fact precipitate rain. Thus you can dance till the cows come home (and then some) and you would never get rain in some places - Dubai for example.
