Fayz, If I am not mistaken I believe spitting on the sidewalk is illegal (a crime?) - I recall reading something about it somewhere recently. I imagine littering would be as well. Frankly spitting bothers me less (as you may have to spit for some legitimate reasons) whereas littering is just laziness.
