It is not unusual. Some people even feel "out of place" within their own families - based on education, interests, beliefs, attitudes, circle of friends etc.

You are lucky to be in Dubai as you can meet and interact with people from all over the world (if you want to...).

But over the past couple of days I have been picking on Sage and Onion but after realizing his IQ is lower than the speed limit on Beach Road (in KM, not Miles - I ain't so ruthless) I think I need help. So...
