40 eyes - hahahaha you got mutant flies of something? Flies only have 2 eyes but they are facet or compound eyes, meaning they have lots of lenses and have a sort of mosaic vision. Their eye-sight is super sharp and they have 360 degree vision, which is why they always see you coming.

I seriously doubt you'll have any problems. It's a hotel, they expect to have non-married couples staying there. God knows enough other things go on hotels for them to worry about.

Drivers licence will do, but doubt you'll be asked for it.

Look basically there are do's and don'ts when buying off plan. Safest bet is to stick to a master developer.
