If you can, it's better to go to them direct, even the security guys will tell you if there are vacant apartments. I'd rather this than pay an agent for doing nothing.

But you are totally missing the point! Because these people wouldn't have known they were in the wrong until you told them so! They just go on first appearances, as any of us do.

How long is a piece of string. Your employer should be able to give you time frames on that, seeing as they're the ones dealing with it.

Sar,

Yes the Emirates post service no longer exists. Try a company called Index, they have offices in Bur Dubai and Karama 04 3372060 / 04 3550888.

They will do the whole process for you, even the bits this end, you do absolutely nothing apart from pay them.

Hey look I can take constructive criticism, in fact I always actively encouraged it. What isn't nice is people just slagging things off for the sake of it. That's just daft. I mean I wouldn't walk into someone's office, sit at their desk and start saying how crap they were now would I? So same same.

erm well I'd had to say that while the majority of thirty somethings are running round like uni students, the chances of finding someone would be slim. And I'd have to say, that probably they'd be interested in people their own age. I mean what would you have in common? Actually it's kinda creepy.
