Under supply is a total fabrication. Go down to Dubai Marina/JBR, and see how many of those buildings are completed, yet totally empty. Again in Mirdiff, lots of completed, but lying empty. Once again with the writing, as I do some freelance writing here, but very few people are able to. All have regular jobs and do it on the side, or are employed by the publishing houses.
