Doesn't matter, it's still not legal. And I don't know anywhere in Europe where it is either. If you have an accident, you're not insured. And as I said, this certainly is no safe way to transport children either. Just because it's not used on a main highway it makes no different, if you are still s...

There's a chance with anything on the roads. But the point is, ANY vehicle used on a PUBLIC road, is required to be registered, licenced and insured. The kids you see whizzing around on their quad bikes and scooters are none of the above and are illegal and if they get caught, their vehicle is confi...

Hmm I had heard in the past that some insurance companies can make it a bit difficult, you might just want to search around a bit.

There's lots of flavours:

Twin Berry Cheese Cake
Prailins and Cream
Cookie Dough
Tiramisu
Chocolate Fudge Brownie

I could go on, but they're my favourites.

Why? I'm just a bit of a girl racer at heart. I'm thinking a white Mustang Coupe with hot pink stripes over the roof and round the bottom of the body kit, with a few neons underneath, kicking sound system - hell ya. I'll give those boys a run for it. Plus I couldn't even afford to runa car like that...

Racer on the track! I'm certainly not a speed demon on the main highways. But having a car with decent acceleration is useful to get you out of a sticky situation if necessary. It's all about knowing your car, knowing its capabilities, listening to the engine and knowing how to handle it. My driving...

Personally I wouldn't go for anything too small, as it's very easy to get intimidated on the roads here. The Japanese cars are cheapest for parts and run very well and last forever. Mazda 3 and 6 are both good cars, Peugeot also good but parts and maintenance can be pricey. Nissan and Toyota very go...

Well yes a medium sized car would be best. Too small and you're going to get pushed about and too big she might not be able to handle it. Having said that I see drivers here all the time in big cars with zero spacial awareness, they think they're driving tanks. Go for a test drive in a few and see h...

Well I've been looking around and I can get a 2006 Mustang Coupe for between 85,000 - 90,000. I'd want to trade in my Pajero though.

I have to ask though, does what s.e.x you are determine what car you buy? Are there really gender specific cars out there?

I'd say the answer is no, otherwise everyone from every country would just get an international driving licence and no-one would ever have to bother taking the test again here. I guess it depends whether the International Driving licence in the country where it's issued, states that it can be used i...

Well I've been looking around and I can get a 2006 Mustang Coupe for between 85,000 - 90,000. I'd want to trade in my Pajero though. Be careful. Some are actually grey-import V6 models. Yeah I know, the new ones are V8 engines with 4.6 litres and 300 BHP. But to be honest a V6 is enough. There's no...

The V6 I've seen is to GCC spec. Anyway taking it for a test drive later.

You don't need a V8 here. V6 is enough, afterall I'm still a girl ;-)

Yeah but lets face it GCC spec really isn't upto much anyway is it.

My main question will be, that if there's an engine problem, how easy are parts to come across for the import car and warranty coverage.

And what would you recommend in that case?

The thing is only a year old, with 25,000 Kms on the clock, so it's only going to have 2 or so services under it's belt. 1 female American owner. Oh don't worry I check everything, if I buy a car and they say they'll service it, I dip the oil and what not before I take it out the showroom, if it doe...

But remember that you are in a muslim country and there are some areas and times of the year when you should dre...
