I'm amazed that hardly anyone in the UAE has heard about this global event. Is anyone doing anything about it?

Well for those that DID bother to turn up to either of the 2 events, thank you very much. We all had a great time. And you know what Seb? If people don't get off their backsides and start making noise about this stuff, we'll all be in trouble in a few years time. This is something that affects EVERY...

If you can't login it's because they haven't actually registered your account on the web yet. I called them with the same problem, and they said it could take upto 2 weeks for the login to be active. And said just make up the difference when it's active.

Bloody load of shit if you ask me!

It's the typical AC flu that everyone gets when they first get here, and at the change of seasons! NO DON'T take antibiotics! They only work on bacterial infections, most of these things are viral and antibiotics will do absolutely nothing. I cannot stand the fact that you can buy these things over ...

Then if it's persistant, you've clearly built up an immunity to the antibiotics. They shouldn't give them for colds and flu as they don't work. It's probably the pills themselves causing the problems in the first place. Also if they keep giving you the same stuff and it's not helping, why don't you ...

No I don't have children, but worked with enough to know about them being sick. But that's irrelevant. Fact is the antibiotics will do nothing whatsoever for the condition if it's a viral infection! Doing a little research of your own never hurts and I really don't trust the doctors here anyway. By ...

Personally I think John Howard is absolutely correct! If you went to live in Saudi, you'd be made to live by the rules and regulations there under Islamic law, so why should other countries be any different? They're protecting their way of life and culture, why should other people moving to another ...

Loved the movie, the effects were awsome! Sequel on the way I bet - if you left before the end of the credits, you missed Star Scream flying off out of orbit - cue Transformers 2!

Holding hands in public is fine, seen so many locals doing this recently, so they'r hardly going to have a go at you for it.

But snogging etc would be a big no no.

Well I have to say that I've had the same, exams and tests for infection, but never had an issue claiming for it. It depends what it was, maybe something to do with lifestyle choice etc, that's when you can run into problems, as they'd just say it could have been avoided.

You know me Arnie, never afraid to say it like it is. That's half the problem with the world today, people lack the balls to stand up and say what they really feel. The statistics over the number of people leaving the country every year say it all.

Hello HP!

And where in any of the posts were Pakistanis or Indiand mentioned?

Actually several of my best friends are Indian. Nothing to do with it. It's to do with culture, not the colour of your skin.

 Well the original post is about Muslims in Australia, was there ever any mention of nationalities?- er no! The UK's biggest problem is now the EU is open all the people from the rest of Europe line-up to try and get in. The place is a disaster, I'll never go back there. Arnie is correct when ...

Just didn't like it, the dialogue sounded like it was written for two homeboys from the hood. Just didn't sit right with me.

St. L, I don't think it's arrogance. I just think people see it as that because they actually have the balls to stand up and say it like it is. Everyone else is cowardly when it comes to that. If more people actually had the guts to get up off their lazy backsides and say it like it is or voice thei...

Personally I don't feel it's worth it at all. I mean at least in the UK cinemas when you pay that amount, the food and drink is included. You pay 100Dhs for what? A reclining cushier seat and fewer people, plus peopole to bring you your foo and drinks, which you still have to pay for on top. Not wor...

Are you insane!!!! No, it's not legal and those things are an accident waiting to happen. No parent in their right mind would put a child on the back of one of those things. If you're on the road, you need a licence - period! Think of the consequences if something happened, you're not licenced, not ...

What you say about Outlander, free lander 2001 model and Rav4 Outlander and RAV4 are reliable, but not true 4x4. Freelander is a joke in reliability. Nah those aren't proper 4x4's, they're yuppie about town cars, for wannabe off roaders. Short wheel base Pajero would be very good, reliable, good on...
