Depends how much you want to pay. All the hotels have their own gyms and there are various clubs around, like the Aviation Club. However there are several Fitness First gyms around the city now. They're pretty much the only people who let you pay your membership monthly, and all the classes are incl...

Dark Chocolate containing at least 70% cocoa is extremely good for you. It's high in antioxidants and chocolate is a natural stimulant.

I love LOVE LOVE chocolate.

I don't understand why people leave before the end, are they really desperate to get home or something. The guys were great, and genuinely nice chaps I have to say.

It was fabulous to see Aerosmtih with their original line-up.

I thoroughly enjoyed the gig.

Clearly you're only in it for the money, not the romance. So I say 'boooo' to you and leave the girl alone.

Erm it's normally around 450 Dhs a month and of course you have the joining fees etc. But much of the time they have special offers where they reduce the joining fees and monthly rates. The best bet is to go look at the new one in the Burjuman, as it's nearly finished, they still have their founder ...

You really have to weigh it up, and also bear in mind that if you take her back, with quarantine etc the costs will be far more than bringing her over here. So many people bring their pets to the UAE, and then dump them when they go back to their home countries or move on elsewhere, because of the c...

Compared to many other cities around the globe, Dubai is incredibly safe. As a woman I don't feel threatened or uneasy about walking around by myself at any time of day, something which I would be freaking out over in a place like London, New York etc. Sure there are incidents, as nowhere is 100% cr...

Rubacava, The F&B side of concerts is out of the control, of Mirage Promotions, it's upto the different outlets to sort themselves out.

And by the way, yes Mirage ARE bringing Pink.

You can't blame the promoter for the way people are.

What you say is true, and I'm sure it is an issue that will be addressed at future gigs. The reason for the double queue's for tokens and then the drinks or food, is that for some reason many of these hotels that provide the F&B areas, seem unable to find trustworthy staff who can deal with cash...

Best deterent against burglaries? Get a dog! Anyone comes near the place and she's off!

Also I still don't understand why soooo many people don't lock the doors to their homes or vehicles - it's asking for trouble.

We should consider ourselves very lucky to have the choice to see these people. And clearly many people ...

As I said, if you join the Fitness First Burjuman during the offer period, because it's a Fitness First Plus, you can use any of the other Fitness First Gyms, you don't have to specifically go to that one.

DIFC is not finished yet.

And I hate to say it, but the majority of people who are responsible for breaking into homes here are terrified of dogs. They give them a wide berth at the best of times.

The one at UpTown Mirdiff is pretty good.

However I also like Carrefore and HyperPanda they're also pretty good and can be cheaper than Spinney's.

Also even if the old visa expires, expired visas still have to be cancelled and taken out of the system.

I don't think 1500Dhs is an awful lot to pay to sort it out. The company could have charged him the 5000 - 6000Dhs for a wasted visa.

OK, ignore the silly replies to your question. Yes the majority of birth control pills are freely available over the counter at chemists, which I personally disagree with. If you're already taking the pill and just want to carry on with the one you have, then fine. But don't just take pot luck and b...

Because as I said there are many different types of pills, mini pills, micro pills, ones for 21 days, others for 28, they all have different hormones. You can't just go and pick any old pack of pills as they all work differently on the body. Some are more effective for some women than others, trust ...

Flasher cyclist in Springs and Meadows

This story is hilarious!

Apparently security has been increased in the Springs and Meadows after a naked Asian man on a bike, has been harassing women in the area.

Whatever next?

Funny though.

The average visa costs a company around 5000 Dhs for each employee. There are still some companies that will make you pay the visa fees yourself.

They are also used to regulate the menstrual cycle and stop painful periods and other related problems. Just because a woman i...
