I wouldn't visit a normal GP to ask for pills, first you have to figure out if it is actually despression you're suffering from, and a visit to a good - wait for it - don't be scared - shrink or councellor can do the world of good. They willt ake you through all the things that are happening in your...

What about taking St. John's Wort - it is a herb that has been thought to calm and improve one's mood. I have had some friends and family take it in times of depression. Here is page with lots of info - don't know how reliable it all is, but you can wade through it. http://www.hypericum.com/ I've s...

This is totally appalling and unacceptable, the culprits need to have a harsh punishment. One thing I'd like to point out however, is that it's totally wrong and against journalism law for the paper who wrote the story to print the address of the employer, until they've been formally charged with so...

I agree with K and C, many people have a maid, just because they're so darn lazy. There are 3 of us in our villa, we all work full-time and yes we clean everything ocne a week after work, do the washing etc etc etc, no need for a maid. Plus if you have kids, you can work flexi hourse so you're there...

Brufen for me, the others just make me sick. Plus you can drink on Ibuprophen, you can't on Asprin or Paracetamol. Brufen works on a different chemical level that doesn't react with alcohol.

It shouldn't be. This is what friends and I were discussing the other day. The first day of Ramadan was expected to be called on the 24th September, everyone expected it to be then, but when it came on the 23rd, everyone said is was called then to avoid New Years being dry. Not one to be a cynic, bu...

When I went to Pacha in Sharm Al Sheikh, Dubai was on their list of palces to next open a club, that's the first and last I heard of it. Trouble is they'd need a whole new venue for it, they'll probably wait till the Palm venues are finished or look for another suitable venue.

There are no gay clubs or bars as homos.e.x.uality is against Islam and it is frowned upon. I'd be very careful about letting people know about your preference here as well.

4 litres is way too much. It should be around 2 when not exercising. If you drink too much water you can actually wash essential salts and minerals out of the body, which can be fatal. It happened to a few people in the UK, they drank so much water, they washed all the essential things out of their ...

K, I said 4 is too much when NOT exercising. Clearly your guys were working hard so that's ok, and the electrolytes are good too. In that heat they'd get very dehydrated, very quickly, so it's all good.

Bleakus, I have never, ever seen anywhere that says 4 litrees is ok. They all always recommend 2 litres. Even the health and fitness instructors and doctors that we deal with at work say that.

But maybe that's only true for re-circulated air. AC's that suck in fresh air from the outside and then cool it should be ok.

Feeling very......

Urgh, what is it at the moment, everyone I know is down and feeling tired, run down and fed up. I seem to have little energy to do anything and just want to sleep all day.

Is it the change in weather?

The AC bugs getting to me?

What's going on :?

Sadly many of the supposed top salons have only the name in common with the big branded salons, and nothing more. Take Toni & Guy, heard nothing but disasters from them. If you want a really nice lady, check out Pastels salon on Wasl Road and ask for a lady called CJ, she's really good with colo...
