I don't think that's the point that's being made at all. It's about raising awareness within the muslim community and the fact they must start taking responsibility to stamp out radicalism.

Do a search on this topic as it's been discussed to death. Tattooing is illegal, but yes there are some people that do it, sadly many are very dodgy and even just use stationary ink - it ain't good.
