Liban, people who act like that are insane, they refuse to take responsibilty for their actions or the fact that they're willfully putting others in danger. In my mind it makes them very very dangerous people who need drastic measures to show them what they're doing is wrong.

The Dubai market is unlike any other in the world.

The have big Indian/Asian artists appear all the time, there's no reason to think this artist couldn't be promoted but it has to target the right audience with a promoter that's into that scene and who's already established here.

Most people I know just use their work PO Boxes. There's no normal postage system here which is kinda awkward if you're have to order or get things sent from other countries, many won't send to a PO Box.

I also find post takes ages in this country.
