To be honest the majority of hospitals here employ Filipinos and other Asians in these roles as there are lots of them and they work for little money. Your best bet would be to look at Healthcare City where there are lots of private hospitals and clinics.

Well the OH and I have the passwords to each others laptops, so it's all open and we can check each others anytime we like. Phones are left out and never hidden. Never and issue really. If you have nothing to hide, why hide it?

Having lived in both apartments and villas in Dubai, I would say villa - no question. For your budget you could easily get a 3 bed in some areas. DEWA doesn't need to be that high. For example I live in the Springs, and in summer our DEWA is around 2k, now in winter 500 - 700 dhs a month.
