Thanks, give it a try. Just one thing, some overweight people have a food addiction; the body looks for the calories anyway, no matter how you manipulate it. That is (I think) why staying on diets is impossible for many; and that needs to be addressed above all.

All this advice I know, and have tried, and still I am north of 250kg. why? DNA and food addiction. These cannot be solved by diets. For most severely overweight people, diets will not work, no matter what advice is given or followed up on.
