Hi JSV, I played rugby in Cape Town and Durban for 3 years. Yes you can watch rugby on satellite. Also I've found the best place to watch is 'Churchills Bar' in the Sofitel Hotel City Centre. They are great because alot of sports bars don't open early or are closed for lunch, where as they open spec...
