There is one thing that puts me off at the gym..... Its kind of funny when you see some people (Men and Women) who go to the gym without making an effort on the exercises. Not many people really sweat at the gym. Always when you go to the gym you have to give it 110% If you're talking about weights...

dubai is the most racist country. i have lived in england for 18 years and there i never encountered so much racism as i have ecountered here. racism is everywhere from job selection, clubs and even at jasjeel when u ll be waiting in a que and some white or rich guy would come cut in lol i aint com...
