It would be impossible to introduce VAT while inflation is running at 15%. They want to do it but while the USD remains weak and the peg is in place it is impossible. And it can't be done over night (as has been pointed out) it needs a period to be introduced

Du were my only choice of television apparently as I live in the Greens. I don’t watch much television anyway but I’m not watching any now as although there’s a good selection of channels the Du experience is so user unfriendly. I can’t work out how to connect the box to my Media PC or my DVD record...

Two purpose-built branches will open in July and October, one next to the Dubai Marina and the other at the new Burj Dubai Mall. 18 Spinneys shops will be rebranded Waitrose (Spinney are their partner).

It is dangerous to try and change lanes if you are being tailgated as the type of driver who does that could just as easily try and swing lanes at the same time or try and accelerate past you before you have changed lanes.
